It’s Your Birthday!

Make a birthday, anniversary, reunion or other personal event truly special and ‘specially memorable by vividly preserving the memories.
Number of proofs for your 1.5 hour party session ranges from 100-250. You’ll even find some of them likely to be portrait quality, worthy of reproducing in large sizes (now that’s saying a  lot).
As a thank-you to guests, some clients purchase small prints to include in their thank-you notes; others direct friends and family members to your special online gallery, where individuals are free to peruse the event’s pictorial replay or to purchase whichever prints they may be interested in (print sizes range from a tiny 4 x 4″ to a large 20 x 24″).

Senior Portraits, Environmental or Studio Portraits and Head Shots

Pricing is simple. Simply pay for your session time (billable in 1/3 hour increments with a 1-hour minimum @ $50/hr.). Unlimited clothing changes. (One hour normally yields around 150-200 photos from which to choose your final selections.)

Next, select as many photos as you want  for correction at $8 each (first 3 are FREE).
Buy what you need in the sizes you want with the crops you pick from the online store, which offers hundreds of options and super rendering of color! Or simply purchase your digital negatives.

We can work with you on nearly any special item or idea you may have. Call us and we’ll discuss it with you.
Once you receive your proofs, you can then order any custom work you may be interested in at $55/hr. A range of creative techniques can be applied to your photographs, such as subtle changes in color or toning, black and white, and a host of other options. We can also do minor or extensive touch-ups to individual images. Minor touch-ups, on average, take 5-10 minutes; major touch-ups can take up to 30 minutes or more.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING DATE:

PLEASE EMAIL or CALL in (330-689-8241) your wedding date along with your inquiry. We will send your our wedding contract for review and signature. A deposit of 50% is required to book your wedding package. Dates will not be held or secured until we receive your signed contract and deposit.  A payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days before the date of your wedding and the remaining balance is due on or before your wedding date.

Area of Service & Travel:  No travel charges for weddings within a 50-mile range of the Akron/Kent area.  For overnight stays and areas outside the 50-mile range, you will be give an exact quote of any travel fees before you book your wedding. Sales tax will be added to all purchases.

Photography Coverage:  When planning the amount of coverage for your wedding, “hours of photography” begins when the first photos are taken and continues for the duration of the photographer’s presence on the site.  Additional hours should be booked in advance, as there is no guarantee of photographer’s availability at the last moment.

Additional Coverage:  If you are interested in having your rehearsal photographed you should indicate your interest when booking your date.

Printing from your Photo CD:   The JPG files on your photo CD are the exact same files used for your 4×6 wedding prints.  However, that prints you make yourself or have printed from these files will NOT look exactly like the prints that are provided to you in your wedding package. These differences are due to inconsistencies in the way that different photo printers will interpret the color information in the JPG file. The files are already color balanced and edited for the best appearance using our photo lab.

Online Wedding Gallery:  All wedding packages include an online gallery of your wedding pictures so that you can easily share your wedding with friends and family worldwide.  Web galleries are normally online within 10 days of your wedding.  Following your wedding you will receive an email with a direct link to your wedding pictures. The images in your gallery will be optimized for web viewing and not for printing.  Images in the web gallery are set so that they cannot downloaded. Your web gallery will remain online for approximately 6 months.

Black & White Prints:  In general, any image can be printed in color or black and white; that said, the best black and white prints will result when the photographer knows in advance that certain images are intended for black and white printing.
